YES WE CAN!

Because DC is all agog with Obama-mania and this day, January 20, 2009 reminds us what we can achieve when we hope and act on that belief. Sometimes all it takes to make a big difference is to start with something small. Sometimes it starts with just one click, one project. 

Oftentimes it starts with us. Today, as we mark a turning point in America's history, we can also remember why we started The Ten Dollar Initiative and where we hope we can take it one day.  We can make it happen.

Today, we became part of a larger dream.

Change has come with that dream made real.

Somewhere in the developing world, a child also hopes.

For something larger, a better future.

We can become part of that change.
